YBL is a Canada Customs authorized airport of entry (AOE) and exit for privately operated or small charter aircraft carrying no more than 15 passengers and their baggage.
A flight plan must be filed for all transborder flights (CAR 602.73). Canada Customs does not require citizenship information on flight plans.
Pilots must make their own arrangements by calling customs at least 2 hours but not more than 48 hours before flying into Canada.

  • An additional daily aircraft parking fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be levied for those aircraft that park on a paved surface from June 15th through September 15th annually, with the exception of the scheduled commercial air carriers.
